We had another wonderful holiday at Ooty. The hotel is a budget hotel. The rooms we got were clean and neat. The staff are very polite and helpful. A special mention about the buffet available in the morning. The food was tasty with a very good South Indian spread. Dinesh and Karthik were superb in helping us and other guests get hot food from the kitchen. He was really attentive and took very good care. A very good stay!
