We had a lovely experience at La Serene. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly added to the overall experience. Special mention to Mr Gautham & Mr Prakash who was the Santa for kids on Christmas Eve 🙂
A special mention for the pool—it was very well maintained and perfect for kids, allowing them to have a great time while we could relax peacefully. Overall, La Serene is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Pondicherry. Highly recommended!
