Our stay at this hotel was just superb. The complete property, rooms, restaurant, food, every damn thing was outstanding.
The staff there was really great and very supportive. We were very carefully assisted by Soom and Sarvita at all instances.
Infact we had a one year old kid traveling with us and the staff assisted us with all the needs related to him as well.
This is definitely a no brainer and I would suggest all who are looking for a stay in Ooty to give it a try.
The only con which I feel is the approach road to reach this facility which is approx 300m, and should be constructed by the hotel owner.
Rest all is perfect.
