The view is good.
The restaurant fecility and the restaurant hospitality is excellent.
The rooms need to be cleaned a little bit more.
Overall.. It has Excellent ambience and its a nice place to stay in ooty.
The total experience is quite ok and the resort is a good family retreat in ooty.
