THE ROOM:
We stayed at a private luxury villa which had a very rustic vibe to the whole place with cozy ambience and the Best valley views. This villa was bigger than expected and could easily accommodate 4-6 persons. Anyone looking for a relaxed stay with stunning sunset views from their room, do yourself a favor and opt for this Luxury Villa.
THE FOOD:
Their in-house restaurant serves soul-soothing delicious food, with their wide spread breakfast buffet which comes complimentary with the stay. We had no complaints about the food although the cost may seem to be pricey but they do justice to the quantity and the taste.
THE HOSPITALITY:
We were so very warmly welcomed at the reception by Ms. Mohana, who offered us a welcome drink. A special mention to her for always going the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had a good time here. She takes care of her guests like her own family members and always greets us with a wide smile. She helped with cab arrangements, room requests, late checkouts, etc.
They had arranged for a group dance event on one of the days which we enjoyed doing very much.
We had the best time at the resort as we spent most of our time staying in the villa watching the sunset or the cloudy valley views. We also utilized their in-house activity room which had games like board games and Table tennis.
Overall, we loved the whole experience of staying at Mango hill and would recommend this place to anyone travelling to Yercaud.
Feedback –
1. Can provide Buggy vehicle for the villas downhill as the pathway is quite steep and makes it difficult to climb up.
2. Can have the chimney / fireplace outlets closed to prevent birds from entering and getting trapped in rooms.
3. Can have more working Umbrellas as most of them were broken.
4. Can make their swimming pool functional as soon as possible as it has a nice view.
