The Duty Manager, Mr. Pushparaj, did a fantastic job — personally welcoming the guests, arranging a thoughtful fruit hamper, ensuring special care throughout their stay, and even organizing a warm farewell. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a remarkable difference.
Not only was I extremely satisfied with the services, but the guests themselves were full of praise for the hotel and the team.
The hotel’s location is also very convenient, and the guests enjoyed the relaxing ambience. It was the perfect setting for a comfortable and memorable stay.
