I stayed with my sister’s family and cousins. Overall, it was a good experience. the room facilities and service were commendable. However, there are a few areas for improvement.
The F&B service was disappointing as we had to wait for a long time even for a single item, which affected the dining experience. I do appreciate the sustainability initiatives, but there is scope to minimize plastic usage further. For instance, toothbrushes are plastic and also wrapped in plastic, and the toothpaste comes in plastic packaging too. You could consider using wooden/bamboo toothbrushes and paper-based covers for toothpaste. Similarly, wooden key cards could replace plastic ones.
Another observation is that many of the employees I interacted with were not fully aware of the hotel facilities and offerings. A helpful initiative could be broadcasting hotel information on in-room TVs so guests can easily access it.
In summary, while the stay was good overall and the service team was attentive, addressing the above points would significantly enhance the guest experience.
