Great Place. Good Energy and Vibes

Mango Hill seems to be recently renovated and the hotel room I booked for perfect for my business stay… I loved the ambiance and energy of the room. The Manager Alex – is super-friendly and caring and attends to the issues very prompty and responds fast and ensures things are great. However, I did find some staff to be impolite and showing NO courtesy behavior…even one lady in reception felt is too cold in her response… But overall the experience is GREAT. I’m mentioning the few drawbacks only to IMPROVE the service and ensure the staffs are MORE caring, smiling, and friendly towards guest. Alex does that PERFECTLY…he even offered me a faster check-in when I entered…and made the internet speed was faster too.. He even offered a discount when I extended the stay. I’d highly recommend such professional from every staff….so it’s makes the stay super-memorable. But the rooms and comfort level is truly exceptional. I even plan to extend the stay here for a few more days and if the experience from the staff is different after they read this…and I experience it…I would definitely write about it too.
