We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Chennai. The location is perfect, with close proximity to almost everywhere, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was outstanding. Every member of staff was cheerful, attentive, and available 24/7, making us feel genuinely cared for. We were truly treated to a five-star experience throughout our stay.
The restaurant served delicious meals, and what stood out most was the personal touch — the staff took the time to understand what we enjoyed and ensured we were served exactly that. A special highlight was the Neighborhood Bar, which is classy, vibrant, and a wonderful part of the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary Friday night experience, including free drinks and food. It made us feel incredibly special and valued.
The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort at every stage of our stay. The rooms are newly renovated, very spacious, and beautifully designed, with a huge and elegant bathroom. Housekeeping was always prompt, friendly, and ready to assist whenever needed.
As foreigners, we felt completely at ease — the warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. The experience was unforgettable. To top it all off, during checkout, the team surprised us with a cake and a thoughtful gift. We have never experienced such exceptional customer service anywhere before.
