Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I would especially like to appreciate the exceptional service provided by the Front Office Supervisor, Mangal. Even though the hotel was completely sold out, he went out of his way to assist us with a room upgrade, which truly made our stay more comfortable and memorable.
What stood out the most was his customer-centric approach and genuine hospitality. From check-in until we checked out, Mangal ensured that we were well taken care of, always approachable, courteous, and proactive in addressing our needs. His professionalism combined with warmth reflects very positively on the hotel’s service standards.
