The hotel and its staff made our holiday absolutely memorable. We planned a trip to Pondicherry to celebrate our son’s birthday, and our stay at Mango Hill exceeded all our expectations. The experience was so wonderful that it made us forget our previous experience in Mahabalipuram and helped us enjoy a truly relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The hotel never gave us a chance to feel disappointed, right from the check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher room category. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see the swimming pool from our room.
The staff were extremely courteous, polite, and supportive throughout our stay. The Housekeeping team did a fabulous job with the birthday decoration for our son, making the occasion even more special.
The chefs provided excellent food recommendations, and the food was outstanding. Our son and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the meals. The quality of food at this hotel is exceptional.
The best part of the hotel is its staff and facilities. Another highlight is the beautiful swimming pool, which adds to the overall guest experience.
We would also like to mention the restaurant manager and his team. He is a wonderful person with a great sense of humour. He was very helpful and ensured that our stay was memorable. If you are unsure about what to eat, he will guide you with excellent recommendations.
The Front Office team and support staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Front Office Manager Mr. Saikat, who did a fantastic job arranging my son’s birthday celebration, even though I informed him about the occasion at short notice.
