Mango Hills Yercaud is a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. The property has a charming old French architecture that adds a unique character to the stay. The rooms are well maintained, and the balcony is a great spot to relax and enjoy the cool Yercaud weather.
The breakfast was very good, with live counters where the chef prepares fresh items and serves them hot, which really enhances the experience
What truly stood out was the top-notch service. During my stay, there was heavy fog, making local travel quite difficult. Vinod went out of his way to help arrange a cake and other essentials, which was extremely helpful. Abarna and the staff made thoughtful additional arrangements like balloons and a bit of decoration for birthday celebration, purely as a kind gesture from their side.
A special mention to Chef Suraj Singh, who surprised us by preparing two new dishes that were not even on the menu — a wonderful example of personalized hospitality.
Also, Kanagvalli from the housekeeping team was very sweet, responsible, and attentive. When one of the switches wasn’t working, she immediately coordinated with the maintenance team and got it resolved quickly
Overall, excellent hospitality, warm and caring staff, great food, and a beautiful property. Definitely worth visiting again when I’m back in Yercaud. Highly recommended!
