A special thanks to Manager Saikat, whose leadership and warmth are reflected in every aspect of the hotel. Everything runs smoothly, and you can really feel the care put into the guest experience.
At the front desk, Abhilipsa and Mangal were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to help with a smile, making check-in and every interaction seamless.
The food and beverage team deserves a huge shoutout. Diptiman and Dipak are simply outstanding—they seem to know exactly what you want even before you ask, and their “never say no” attitude makes dining here a delight.
Karthik, the bartender, is exceptional—whatever drink you’re in the mood for, he delivers it perfectly.
And Yogesh, a proud Red Devils fan, is one of the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll meet—his hospitality really stands out.
The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless and comfortable throughout the stay.
The kitchen, led by Chef Sriram, also deserves praise—the butter chicken was absolutely delicious. A special mention to the egg chef (sorry I missed your name!) for perfectly prepared dishes every morning.
Overall, the experience was fantastic thanks to such a dedicated and passionate team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Auroville!
