Guest Services – One of the best that I have experienced

The stay is not memorable just by the quality of the stay or the food. A property of a certain level is by default all these included. I have stayed at numerous properties across the globe but the sense of belonging from the guest services amplified my stay experience.
My stay with my wife at this property from 14th to 16th December was memorable with the warmth from the guest services. Special mention for Mr. Pushparaj put in a lot of effort to help us find out a special type of plant which we required for some ritual, Mangal who was very accommodating, Ms Karthika who was very sweet and caring to ensure that we have the best experience. No less mention about the contribution from the Head Chef and Restaurant staff, Housekeeping and Security staff. Overall had a wonderful and refreshing stay at the hotel.
